1819 is the University of Cincinnati’s collective effort to increase UC's alumni giving rate – or the percentage of undergraduate alumni who give back to UC each year.  It was named in honor of UC’s founding year.

UC's alumni giving rate is important to every graduate because it directly influences UC’s national collegiate rankings and by extension, the value of every UC degree.

Thanks to the thousands of alumni who have answered the 1819 call. We're making great progress toward our goal of 18.19 percent participation by June 2015.
