Faculty strive every day to reach goals, to pass on to their students the best traditions of their profession.

Many times, these are quiet transactions, the kind of exchanges of knowledge, experience and guidance that give meaning and depth to a college education. Sometimes, though, those efforts are so obvious and so plentiful that they command attention and recognition from peers and students.
