University of Cincinnati (UC) faculty inventors who received patents in calendar year 2007 were honored during a halftime ceremony at the UC men’s basketball game with UCoon on Jan. 23 at Fifth Third Arena.
Sandra Degen, PhD, vice president for research, presented each inventor in attendance with a framed copy of the first page of their patent.
The university recorded 13 new patents in fiscal year 2007—up from 11 patents in 2006.
