Drew Salvador, Assistant Director of Camp & Intramurals, is ready to host three days of winter-themed activities. “Since it’ll be too cold to go outside, kids could potentially be sitting around their houses all day. Our campers are going to be doing the exact opposite here. We’re planning a wide variety of activities such as sports, winter-themed crafts, games, and much more.”

The Campus Recreation Center’s REC Kids Winter Break camp can provide a great option for parents who want their kids to be more active during winter break. Parents interested in registering their children can find more information here, but they shouldn’t wait long to sign up. According to Salvador, “This past summer, we had the most kids we’ve ever enrolled in our camp. We had a waiting list almost every week, and I’m expecting that enthusiasm to spill over to our other camp events that we host later in the year, such as this one, the President’s Day Club, and Spring Break Camp.”
