ResNet

The ResNet program at the University of Cincinnati, a joint project between the Division of Housing and UCit, brings wired and wireless Ethernet connections to university housing. The Division of Housing and UCit work together to provide high speed data connectivity to students living in the residence buildings and off campus. 

If you need assistance setting up your computer for UCnet, either:

• Visit the ResNet Service Center, Monday - Friday (9 am - 5 pm) at Business on Main (Student Life Center), or
• Contact the UCit Help Desk 513-556-HELP (4357) for assistance over the telephone or to schedule a site visit.

You can order Residence Hall Connectivity online through StudentGetIT. To report dormitory connectivity problems, call the Help Desk at 513-556-HELP (4357).
