Student group accounts and aliases:


 

Student groups can have an email account on UConnect. Ms. Terri Hurdle will coordinate the creation process in 2009 and subsequent years, she (or her office) will process requests for changing passwords and/or rights to access the e-mail account as the student group leadership changes.

The student group email addresses will be of the format groupname@mail.uc.edu.

For email aliases that have been around for a long time, we will create an alias@uc.edu contact for it that will forward emails to the group@mail.uc.edu account. The student group will need to point to an established website or extensive documentation that advertises the requested alias. This will be done at the discretion of the email manager.
