How to Apply

SPACE IS LIMITED: We regret we cannot accept every applicant--we plan to notify you of acceptance by April 25. Primary consideration will be given to early applicants.

ELEMENTS OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS:

PHASE I OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS:

• Form 1) Student Eligibility Confirmation (signed by school official);
• Form 2) Application;
• Form 3) Residential Financial Aid Application* if applicable;

PHASE II OF THE APPLICATION PROCESS:

If accepted, you will be notified by April 25, 2008. At that time, you will be required to send the following forms (along with your check). Print off the forms below. Send all of the following together in one envelope:

• Form 4) Student Commitment to Attend;
• Form 5) Parental Consents and Releases—3-Part Form;
• Fee: Made payable by check to the University of Cincinnati

THE FEE: No cost to participants beyond a $209 charge for room and board.*
