Prior to joining the Embassy Suites, Chef Marcus headed the kitchen on the Mississippi Queen and served as corporate trainer for KC Hopps. Chef Marcus serves on the renowned staff of the Midwest Culinary Institute and has been recognized as the American Culinary Federation's Cincinnati Chef of the Year.
