If you have previously completed any college work, military study credit, CLEP credit or Advanced Placement credit, you are required to submit a transcript of that work to the University of Cincinnati. The VA requires all prior study must be evaluated within three quarters (or two semesters) from the start of benefits for the program. Advisors cannot complete this evaluation form unless they have all prior college transcripts as we cannot report partial evaluations to VA. In some cases, the Prior Study Evaluation Form is needed before we can certify the student for educational benefits.
