ITEMS TO BE OFFERED TO THE PUBLIC THROUGH SEALED BIDS
Notification of all Sealed Bid Auctions will be accomplished by posting all information on this web page, advertisement in the Cincinnati Enquirer and Community Press newspapers as well as Cincinnati.com and the UC homepage.
All information provided below supplements the Surplus Sales Terms and Conditions and Surplus Equipment Bid Form (form only available when auction is in progress).
Sealed bids will be accepted until the date and time specified on the Surplus Equipment Bid Form by the University of Cincinnati Surplus Equipment Department for the sale of the surplus items listed below. Items will be sold on an individual basis to the highest bidder.
Multiple bids will result in only the highest bid being accepted. Successful bidders will receive Notice of Award by email (or by phone if email is unavailable) during regular business hours on the first business day following the sealed bid auction.
Once payment is made to the University of Cincinnati, all sales are final. Purchaser will be responsible for loading, removal and transportation of all items.
