The Office of the Bursar serves the university through the collection of fees, both academic and non-academic, which include instruction, campus life, general, and IT fees, non-residential surcharges, room & board, and other fees set by the specific colleges. We collect those fees by aid received through Financial Aid, student sponsors and cash payments.
We also have the responsibility for the disbursement of accurate and timely information relating to a student’s financial account, which is the purpose of these Web pages to give students and parents insight as to the functions of the Office of the Bursar and its role at the University of Cincinnati.
