Payment Plan Screen Shots

Students or parents who need to contact ECSI about signing up for the payment plan can call (866) 927-1438.

 

 

You will get this screen after you select "sign up for payment plan" and your identity has been verified at UC.

In this tab/screen you should only see the available plan for the term. If you are looking for another term  please refer to the open and close dates on the Ones Stop or Bursar website.

Shaded fields are required and not editable. If the information is incorrect please cancel this action and update your address before re-starting the process of enrolling into the payment plan. You may complete the remaining fields as you feel necessary.

 

PLEASE NOTE: You cannot enroll for the payment plan without a valid e-mail, phone and address on file with the University of Cincinnati.

In this tab/screen you will enter the budget/amount you want to finance for the term.

PLEASE NOTE: This amount can be different than what is currently displayed on your bill. For example, if you are enrolled part-time and expect to register for more classes to become full-time or know that you will be transferring to a more expensive program.

In this tab/screen summaries what you elected to budget, what your payments will be per month and the enrollment fee.

This tab/screen is where you pay your enrollment fee and any missed scheduled payments. You can make a one-time payment via eCheck (ACH) for free or by credit card with a non-refundable 2.5% convenience fee.

You can also sign up for automatic payments via eCheck (ACH) for free. UC encourages all payers to sign up for automatic deductions. Late payments will result in a late payment fee of $35. No exceptions.

PLEASE NOTE: ECSI is unable to accept credit cards for automatic payments at this time. We hope to add this functionality in the near future.

You will get this confirmation screen similar to this once you submit your application. Print for your records. You will also get an e-mail with this information shortly after submitting your application. Payments will take 24-48 hours to process. You will be e-mailed as payments are processed. Please allow 1-2 days for processing.

If you find that you need to adjust your budget please wait 1-2 days then click on the "sign up for payment plan" link found on the One Stop Student Services website or the Parent Portal.
