Welcome

The department of Community Development supports the UC|21 principle of Partnership.  UC has helped create and has partnered with several neighborhood development corporations in the Uptown area.  These non-profits are reponsible for extensive redevelopment in the neighborhoods surrounding the University of Cincinnati.  These exciting projects will add new housing, retail, parking and public spaces.  As we and our partners realize the revitalization of the uptown district, our neighborhood will become a truly unique, diverse, creative and vibrant place to live, work and play.
