Construction Management

The Department of Construction Management works under the direction of the Department of Campus Planning + Design to build and renovate the campus environment in accordance with the UC Master Plan, in the spirit of the University's strategic vision, UC|21.

Construction Management includes the departments of AHC Construction Management & Renovations, and West Campus Construction & Renovations, Architecture & Engineering.  These collaborative service organizations are committed to the timely delivery of UC's major capital and renovation projects.  Construction Management coordinates design, construction, and project management.
