Facilities and Construction Services

The Department of Facilities and Construction Services works under the direction of the Vice President for Finance and in partnership with the Department of Campus Planning + Design to build, renovate, maintain, and support the campus environment in accordance with the UC Master Plan, in the spirit of the university's strategic vision, UC|21.

Facilities and Construction Services includes the departments of Construction Management, Facilities Management, Renovations, Utilities Services, and Business Affairs.
