Holiday Giving Tree Assistance

As an inclusive and supportive campus community, Human Resources, Facilities Management and Equity & Inclusion are sponsoring a Holiday Giving Tree Assistance Program to benefit those employees who fulfill many indispensable and important roles for our campus but may be doing so in an entry-level , part-time, or lower-wage capacity.

The program is to help families with children who are 18 years old or younger, and all those who participate will remain anonymous to one another. With the UC Giving Tree program, UC employees who request assistance can discreetly submit their wish lists on behalf of their families. Once the family is registered, wish list tags will be placed on trees around campus. Individuals within the UC community who wish to anonymously benefit another can select a tag, purchase a gift and drop it off at a designated location.
