Save-A-Day Mail Box Locations
The pair of red and blue mailboxes that are placed throughout the East and West Campuses are known as the Save-A-Day Mailboxes. These boxes serve the university community by permitting the deposit of mail after a department has received their last pickup for that day.

- The red box is to be used for interdepartmental correspondence only and the blue box is for federal mail that has postage affixed and ready to be placed in the federal postal system.
Mail that needs to be metered should not be placed in either box, but handled by normal route pickup from the department location.
If there is an emergency and federal mail needs to be metered, the department has the option to personally take this mail to the Campus Mail Center at 2900 Reading Road, ground level, for processing. Mail to be metered and sent that day needs to be delivered by 2:30 p.m. to the Campus Mail Center.
Pick-up times for the Save-A-Day Mailboxes occur after 3:00 p.m. every weekday, except for university holidays.
