Internal Audit Mission Statement

The mission of Internal Audit is to review the financial and operational activities of the most significant organizations within the university. Each review is designed to determine if the unit operates effectively, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable laws, rules, regulations, policies, and procedures. Upon completion of a review, management and administrators with independent and objective analyses, opinions, and recommendations about the organization. Our intent is that the information provided to university administrators be useful in the performance of their duties.
