RecycleMania 2012
The University of Cincinnati will once again be participating in the national RecycleMania competition, February 5 - March 31, 2012. Running for 8 weeks during Winter and early Spring quarters, the competition will pit UC against hundreds of other colleges and universities around the country to see who can reduce their waste and recycle the most. In the 2011 competition, UC finished 5th in the Gorilla Prize category, which measures total tonnage recycled regardless of campus size. You can help UC build on that history of success this year!
You can get involved and help UC win by recycling as much as possible during this time and encouraging everyone you know to do the same! Recycling bins are located throughout most buildings on campus and in many public areas and at special events.
