Pitch In October 2008
Pitch In is a campus-wide recycling competition between the colleges of DAAP, CECH, CCM, Business, Law, Engineering, and Arts & Sciences. The competition starts Oct 1. 1st thru Oct. 31st. Recycling bins are placed in the departments and hallways of each college. To accurately gauge who is winning in the competition, a total number of faculty and staff will be divided by the weight of recycling that is produced from each college. Recycling will be weighed twice per week and updates on who is in the lead will be provided below. The winning college will receive a large plaque and "Pitch In" t-shirts.
Keep updated by visiting UC's sustainability website at www.uc.edu/sustainability each week to see where your college stands.
