The cost of the pass is $350. If your name is listed on this page, please secure your pass by submitting payment by July 10, 2012.

NOTE: Monies paid are a contribution to the UC Alumni Association less the $70 value of the parking pass and you will receive a tax receipt from the UC Foundation.
REGARDING MATCHING GIFTS: Qualifying matching gifts may be applied to your payment, less the $70 value of the parking pass. If you would like to apply a matching gift towards your payment, please DO NOT pay through the on-line form above, but contact Teresa Horton via phone to arrange payment (513-556-6014). If for some reason the matching gift funds are not received, the purchaser will be solely responsible for the total contribution.
