Alumni play an important role in UC's strategic plan called UC 2019 Accelerating Our Transformation.

One of the goals of UC 2019 is to increase alumni giving to 18.19%, helping UC to rise in the national ranks. In response to this plan, a new UC initiative called 1819 has been created. With a contribution of $18.19 you can help support UCAA and UC rise in the ranks among the Big East and nationwide.

In appreciation of gifts of $50 or more a year, alumni will be honored through the Loyal Bearcat Society. In appreciation for total cumulative lifetime giving of $2,500 or more in support of UCAA funds, alumni will be recognized through the William Howard Taft Society.
