This course is offered in the Fall, Winter,
and Spring and is open to all University of
Cincinnati
students (required course for all ROTC cadets).
If you are in the mood to pump up your day through
an exhilarating work out, this is the right class
for you. This is a fun and physically challenging
class that will be a great foundation for a new
fitness beginning that will allow you to build
the new you. This class is held aside of the
ROTC cadet physical training.
Classes are usually held on the basketball courts
inside the Campus Rec Center.
Workouts include traditional physical training
that engerize, enlighten, and strengthen your
body. These workouts may consist of: pushups,
pullups, sit ups, crunches, flutter kicks, jumping
jacks, jogging/running, and many more exercises.
