Incentives Scholarship Awardees Year 2004 ROTC training instills confidence, self-discipline & leadership skills its cadets     Cadets completing the ROTC program will be commissioned as Second   Lieutenants in the United States Army.     Contracted cadets receive a monthly stipend and book money.     ROTC offers three extra curricular clubs     ROTC provides opportunities for additional military training such as   Airborne, Air Assault, CTLT, SERE's, Mountain and Northern Warfare.
