We at the UCIT Help Desk provide first level support for data and phone communications, as well as all computing concerns for the faculty, staff, and students of UC.

This support includes, but is not limited to, the mainframe, file servers, e-mail servers (Exchange & UConnect), Blackboard, UC Flex, Password Self Service (PSS), wireless access, and VPN.

Monday through Friday      7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday         8:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
Holidays                          8:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m.
December 24th & 31st       Close at 6:00 p.m.

Closed July 4th, December 25th, Thanksgiving Day and when the university is closed due to inclement weather.

Residential Network (Read more about ResNet)

The ResNet Service Center brings wired and wireless Ethernet connections to students living in university housing. Our service center is located on Main Street in Mobile Cats Wireless and provides walk-in service.
