Bearcat Card Customer Service

The Bearcat Card is the smart way to do business on campus. Swipe it and conduct business all over campus. It can also be used off campus at participating restaurants and stores. The Bearcat Card office is located at the MainStreet Connection Center in TUC, Level 3, with limited services on nights and weekends.

The Bearcat Card office offers the following services:

• Deposits to Bearcat Card
• Bearcat Visitor Cards
• Independent Meal Plans
• Troubleshooting Bearcat Card problems
• Lost card deactivation and reactivation

The MainStreet Connection Center hours are from 7:30 a.m. - 7 p.m. Monday-Friday and 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. Saturday, closed on Sundays during the regular academic year. Hours vary during the summer and academic breaks.
