Director of Campus Recreation
Kim began her career at the University of Cincinnati in 1989 and has since worked in four areas within the university including Athletics, Student Affairs and Services, Administrative and Business Services, and Administration and Finance. Kim opened the Campus Recreation Center in 2006, the Fitness Center at CARE/Crawley in 2008, and assumed responsibility for MainStreet Operations in 2011. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Sports Management. A former National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA) State Director for Ohio, Kim is also a NIRSA region III Honor Award Recipient and Ohio Recreational Sports Association (ORSA) Honor Award recipient. In her free time Kim enjoys mountain bike riding, hanging out with family and friends, and playing soccer with her dog Brodie.
Associate Director of Programs
Carolyn has enjoyed working at the University of Cincinnati since 1985 promoting health and fitness to students, faculty, staff, and the UC community. Prior to joining the Campus Recreation Center, she directed the University Fitness program at the UC Academic Health Center. Carolyn received two Master Degrees in Community Health Education and Nutrition Education and is a registered dietitian. When she's not enjoying watching her sons in sporting events, she keeps busy gardening or playing golf with her family.
Associate Director of Membership & Operations
Emily has worked for the Campus Recreation Department since 2003. She graduated from UC with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Master of Science in Marketing. She has worked as a student in the Member Services and Building Supervisor positions as well as professionally as the Assistant Director of Member Services. Emily enjoys all things Italian, traveling, volunteering, and working with students.
Assistant Director of Member Services
Emilie has worked at the CRC since 2006 as a student while she earned her Bachelor’s of Business Administration in Finance, Marketing, and International Business. She started as a professional in 2010 and earned her Masters of Business Administration in 2014 from the University of Cincinnati. Emilie enjoys Target, golf, learning to cook, and hanging out with her husband and puppy in her free time.
Assistant Director of Fitness and Wellness
Brandi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science from Western Kentucky University. She comes to UC with more than six years experience in fitness management from HealthFitness Corporation and was the Assistant Manager at TMMKFitness, one of the largest corporate fitness sites in the nation. Brandi holds certifications from ACE, YogaFit, Powder Blue Productions and YMCA. Brandi’s passion for campus recreation began as an undergraduate student while working at the Preston Health and Activities Center at WKU and has continued throughout her career. Some of Brandi’s favorite things to do: watching college sports “GO HEELS!... and BEARCATS!”, playing cornhole, golf, taking dance classes and hanging out with family and friends.
Assistant Director of Facility Operations
Matt began working with Campus Recreation in May of 2015. He comes to UC after aquiring nearly a decade of experience in both higher education and the private sector. Matt has been a valuable member of four campus recreation programs including Ball State University, Bowling Green State University, The University of Alabama, and Bradley University. He recieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Sports Administration with minors in Management and Hospitality from Ball State University and a Master of Education in Sports Administration from Bowling Green State University. Matt oversees facility rentals and the climbing wall.
Assistant Director of Intramural Sports and Camps
Drew holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Virginia and a Master of Science degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Campus Recreation Leadership from James Madison University. In addition to his experience in intramural sports and youth programming, he teaches group fitness classes in boxing and athletic conditioning. In his free time, Drew enjoys hanging out with his dog, Adler, playing tennis, volleyball, hockey, and fantasy football, and watching the Philadelphia Eagles fight their way to a future Super Bowl.
Assistant Director of Aquatics
Bob started working in Aquatics over ten years ago, and his love of it has never waned. Bob earned his undergraduate degree from The Ohio State University while working in a multitude of facilities in Ohio. From December 2005 to October 2010, Bob was the Pool Operator for the State College High School Natatorium. Bob likes to spend his free time working out, reading, and cooking. He’s always on the lookout for new recipes to try, especially foreign foods. He is happy to be back in Ohio where all of his family resides.
Coordinator of Intramural Sports and Camps
Phil has worked with the Campus Recreation Department since 2008 as both an Intramural Sports and Facility Operations student employee. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Science from the University of Cincinnati. Phil Currently serves as the Coordinator of Intramural Sports and Camps while furthering his education at UC. Phil enjoys laughing, playing with his two dogs, and exploring new places.
Coordinator of Facility Operations
Jayme holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Nutrition & Fitness from Florida State University and a Master of Science degree in Exercise Science from Miami University. Jayme has been employeed at UC since 2001 and with Campus Recreation since 2008. Jayme oversees the Building Supervisors, equipment purchases and maintenance, coordination of facility needs with various UC departments, and the Team Building program. He enjoys Starbucks, corn hole, college football, hockey, and spending time with his family.
Coordinator of Aquatics
Autumn oversees all aquatics programming and helps train the variety of staff in the aquatics area. Autumn attended Oakland University for both undergraduate, finishing with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a minor in Exercise Science, and graduate school, receiving a Masters in Exercise Science. She worked in Oakland University’s Department of Campus Recreation in their Aquatics area as a Program Assistant and Aquatics Graduate Assistant.
Coordinator of Member Services
Kathryn has worked with the Campus Recreation Department since 2012 in Member Services and Social Media. She currently serves as the Coordinator of Member Services. Kathryn recently completed a Bachelors in Communication at the University of Cincinnati. She enjoys arm-knitting, social media, and trying new things!
Coordinator of Member Services
Vosler received his undergraduate degree and master’s degree in Integrative Studies from Northern Kentucky University where he also worked as the Campus Recreation Graduate Assistant for Business Services. During his time at NKU, he assisted Campus Recreation in opening a new facility and launching a membership program. On a personal note, Vosler has a passion for Intramural Sports and loves a good golf game.
Nutrition Graduate Assistant
Angela currently works with UC athletics and UC Dining Services through Campus Recreation as part of her graduate assistantship. Upon finishing her Masters degree, Angela is seeking to complete her dietetic internship and become a Registered Dietitian. Angela is a competitive NPC Figure Athlete and feels strongly that everyone can have a healthy relationship with food and lead an active lifestyle. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through NFPT and hopes to obtain her Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certificate this year.
Coordinator of Fitness and Wellness Programs
Troy received his bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration from the University of Cincinnati in December, 2015. Troy has been with Campus Recreation for three years working in Fitness & Wellness and Kid’s Camp. Since May 2015, Troy has taken on many of the responsibilities of the coordinator position while the department restructured. Troy holds certifications from the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), Spinning® and the Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA). On a personal note, he has a love for all sports and engaging others in living fit and active lives.
Coordinator of Fitness and Wellness Services
The Coordinator of Fitness and Wellness Services provides leadership to Campus Recreation's personal training, group training, wellness nutrition coaching, and sports nutrition programs, as well as associated customized programming. This position has significant staff, administrative, fiscal, and programming responsibilities.
