DRUM RAGE

Need to let off some steam? Want a great workout while doing it?  DrumRage is an intense and fun 45 minute jam session that combines drumming, pilates, aerobics, and strength training while using lightly weighted drumsticks! This full body workout is infused with rockin' music that drives the class with results of 700-900 calories burnt. This workout targets various areas in the arms, legs, and core at different periods throughout the class. Don't know how to play drums? Not a problem! All techniques are easy to pick up during the class. Come have a blast drumming with us!

Taught by a BOSU Master Trainer, this class will focus on cardio and core exercises utilizing the BOSU balance trainer, the half dome piece of equipment that will challenge you in new ways.  We'll break down exercises, incorporate other pieces of equipment as well, and learn how to adapt to the uneven surface.

KETTLEBELL BOOTCAMP

LAND & WATER INTERVALS

Land and water intervals is a class taught in and out of the leisure pool - giving you the best of both worlds.  Week 1 will review some training basics and outline the plan for the class, which will integrate using the current channel in the Leisure Pool to increase your calories burned and stimulate fat burning in your body.  You'll use calisthenics style movements with resistive moves - march, jog, and ski through the water making the class fit your preferred intensity and fitness level.

PARTNER BOOTCAMP

Join this class with a spouse, significant other, roommate or friend and learn some new ways to workout together.  You'll get to use lots of fun equipment in this class that maxes at 5 pairs - so lots of personal attention too!  Grab a partner and we'll see you in class!

PULSE

Pulse is one of the most efficient total body workouts known today! It is one of the best 45 minute workouts you can do to torch a mass amount of calories in a short amount of time. It consist of a team-oriented, high-intensity circuit training with multiple stations targeting different body regions. The difference between this circuit training and other circuit classes is that Pulse is based on achieving distance and not time while the energy in the room builds between participants as the workout progresses. Pulse brings out the competition between people while having a great time cheering your teammates on! The more participants, the more intense the class gets!
