Our Dance classes are intended to help you build your understanding of dance techniques in both upbeat/modern formats as well as traditional/cultural formats.

BELLY DANCING-INTRODUCTION

Belly Dance is one of the oldest and most evolved forms of dance in the world. Stretch and tone your body while you learn this ancient and beautiful feminine art! The movements of belly dance will sculpt and firm your body, while increasing your stamina and grace, all without stress and fatigue. Belly Dance also promotes weight loss by burning calories, building muscle, and stimulating your digestive system. Class will include warm-up, basic moves, techniques and choreography.

HOOPNOTICA FIT

Hoopnotica is a hot, international fitness and dance phenomenon that engages your mind, body and soul! Remember what it feels like to play again, having fun while burning calories.  This class will take you through how to use a fitness hoop and how to get fit at the same time!
