Group Fitness Classes provide a friendly and welcoming environment in which well-educated instructors promote safety, wellness, and goal achievement.
Tips to help you enjoy our classes:
- Please arrive to class ~15 minutes early for your safety.
- Since Spinning capacity is limited to 24 per class (CRC) and 15 per class (FC), please arrive 15 minutes early to receive a ticket at the classroom door.
- Instructors have the right to close a class 5 minutes after class has begun (after warmup) or when the class is deemed to be at capacity.

- All of our classes are taught by experienced instructors who hold a variety of certifications and trainings.
- Our instructors are able to modify to increase or decrease the intensity of any of our workouts!
- If you are taking care of an injury or are new to fitness, we hope you'll feel comfortable letting us know so we can accomodate your needs!
