Class Descriptions

Instructors of the CRC/FC have helped to create and design the classes you take.  Our instructors are certified and experienced to accomodate your needs in class.  If you require any additional explanations or assistance, please don't hesitate to ask. 

  • Please note, due to expected high participation, it is recommended to arrive approximately 15 minutes early
  • Class capacities are also provided-these were designed to ensure safety and equipment allotment in class-it is up to the discretion of the instructor, building supervisor and/or fitness floor coordinator
