  • Please arrive to class on time for your safety.
  • For classes that are regularly full, it is recommended you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of class. 
  • Since Spinning capacity is limited at 24 participants per class, please arrive 15 minutes early to receive a ticket at the classroom door.
  • Instructors have the right to close a class 5 minutes after class start time or when the class is deemed to be at capacity.

Please note:
  • Our schedules are created based on class participation counts, feedback and instructor availability.  We do our best to provide classes that fit your needs-please don't hesitate to share your requests or feedback with us!
  • Schedules will be modified for holidays. 
    • Any classes offered within the time the facility is open will remain.
    • Any classes that have a start or end time OUTSIDE of the facility hours will NOT be held. 
  • The schedule is subject to change at any time.
  • Classes that are not meeting a minimum of participation on a consistent basis may be removed from the schedule at any time.
