FREE Eat Smart
Nutrition Coaching Session

Coming in Fall

Learn how to eat healthy on and off campus with this FREE 30-minute session with our Nutrition Staff. Eat Smart sessions are individual and confidential and will be held in the Campus Recreation Center. Limit one session per student.

FREE Walk It Wednesday

FREE & open to the public! Help us build a healthier UC community by inviting your family, friends and co-workers to walk it out with us every Wednesday!

When: Wednesday, April 5 - November 15, 2017

Where: Meet at the Member Services (front) desk of the Campus Rec Center (Uptown West Campus) or the Fitness Center at CARE/Crawley (Medical Campus).

Program Details

  • Join one of our fitness staff for a walk around campus
  • 30-minutes plus a cool-down
  • Rain or shine, a walk will be planned.
  • Good news! This walk counts towards your Rec Rewards requirements if you swipe in at the Member Services Desk.

Rec Rewards Credit

Members enrolled in the Rec Rewards Membership Reimbursement Program can swipe in at the member services desk in order to get their visit counted towards their 8 required days per month. As a reminder, only one check-in per day will count towards the total days. 

No Registration Required - Just Show Up!

Each time you participate, enter your name on the sign-in sheet on the ipad to be entered to win a prize - one prize will be given out on the last Wednesday of each month. You do not have to be present to win; we will send you an email if your name is drawn.
