As the UC community advocate for fitness and health, Campus Rec continues to build a healthier UC community through fitness and education.

Eat Smart Nutrition Coaching

 

Every Thursday from 2:00 - 4:00 pm

Learn how to eat smarter on campus with this FREE 30-minute session with our Nutrition Staff. Eat Smart sessions are individual sessions held in the Campus Recreation Center

  • Sessions can include: evaluation of current eating habits, goal setting appropriate to your lifestyle, and learning more about Campus Recreation Nutrition Services.
  • Available appointment times are 2:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m. throughout the Spring semester.
  • Students only eligilble for 1 free session each semester.

Pet Therapy Thursday

 

During the first Thursday of each month, Campus Recreation shares the joy of Therapy Dogs with the University of Cincinnati community. Come on through the Campus Recreation Center Breezeway from Noon - 1:00 p.m. on the following days to spend a little time with our furry friends.
