Learn how to eat smarter on campus with this FREE 30-minute session with our Nutrition Staff. Eat Smart sessions are individual sessions held in the Campus Recreation Center.
- Sessions can include: evaluation of current eating habits, goal setting appropriate to your lifestyle, and learning more about Campus Recreation Nutrition Services.
- Available appointment times are 2:00 p.m., 2:30 p.m., 3:00 p.m., 3:30 p.m. throughout the Spring semester.
- Students only eligilble for 1 free session each semester.
