How to Register

Registration for any of our REC Kids events can be done in person or over the phone.  Please follow these steps in order to register your child.

1.  Download and fill out the appropriate registration forms.

2.  Decide whether you would like to register over the phone or in person:

Over the Phone (Credit or Debit Only)
1 Call the Assistant Director of Camps (513-556-0603) or front desk (513-556-0604).

Give any other appropriate information (i.e. Which week(s) for summer camp, late pick up needed, etc.).

Submit payment information over the phone (Only credit or debit).

Fax completed registration form and waiver forms to 556-0601 or e-mail forms to drew.salvador@uc.edu.

In Person (Cash, Credit, Debit, Check, Bearcat Card)
1 Bring your completed registration form and waiver forms to the front desk of the Campus Recreation Center.

Pay the registration fee and/or deposits (Cash, Personal Check, Credit, Debit, Bearcat Card).

Please make sure you ask for a receipt when paying in person.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail with more information, including the parent's guide.  If you register over the phone, you will receive a receipt via fax or email. If you have any additional questions, please feel free to call the Assistant Director of Camp at 556-0603 or Coordinator of Camp at 556-5729.

Only required if you will submit a medication for R.E.C. Kids staff to administer during camp.
