Personal trainers from the CRC can meet you at your office, or in our facility, to do personalized fitness assessments.  You can choose any of the following assessments to be performed:

  • Flexibility
  • Body composition (body fat/body mass index)
  • Blood pressure/Heart rate
  • Upper body strength
  • Muscular endurance
