Colin is a Registered Dietitian/Nutritionist having earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Dayton where he studied Nutrition and Fitness. Colin then attended Florida State University where he earned his Master's degree in Nutrition with an emphasis in Sports Nutrition.

Upon completing his Master's degree, Colin attended Western Kentucky University, where he completed his dietetic internship and received a graduate certificate in Dietetics.

Colin is a competitive, national champion triathlete and passionate about living a healthy, active lifestyle.  Whether you are looking to lose weight, eat healthier, or wanting to optimize your sports/performance nutrition for a specific sport, Colin is here to help. Colin is also a Certified Personal Trainer through NETA with Campus Recreation. In addition to working for Campus Recreation, Colin also works as a Sports Nutritionist with UC Athletics.


Nutrition Graduate Assistant

Angela is currently a Masters student in the Nutritional Sciences program with a focus on Sports Nutrition. She currently works with UC athletics and UC Dining Services through Campus Recreation as part of her graduate assistantship. Her Bachelors degree is in education and she spent a year teaching at the high school level before coming back to school to become a dietitian. 

Upon finishing her Masters degree, Angela is seeking to complete her dietetic internship and become a Registered Dietitian. 

Angela is a competitive NPC Figure Athlete and feels strongly that everyone can have a healthy relationship with food and lead an active lifestyle. She is also a Certified Personal Trainer through NFPT and hopes to obtain her Strength and Conditioning Specialist Certificate this year. 



Sarah attended the University of Cincinnati for her bachelors, earning her degree in Dietetics. While attending Cincinnati, she competed in the Women’s Track and Field team for 5 years, winning the Big East Championship in pole vault. After graduating from Cincinnati, Sarah completed her dietetic internship through Wellness Workdays based out of Boston, MA, with a focus on worksite wellness. During her internship, she worked with a local Sports Dietitian.

Sarah is passionate about health, wellness, and exercise. Also certified as a personal trainer through the NSCA, Sarah is ready to help weather your goal is for a healthier lifestyle, fitness, or gaining a competitive edge.
