Massage is one of the oldest, simplest forms of therapy, and is a system of stroking, pressing, and kneading different areas of the body to relieve pain, relax, stimulate, and tone the body.
Massage does much more than create a pleasant sensation on the skin, it also works on the soft tissues (the muscles, tendons, and ligaments) to improve muscle tone.

Swedish massage relaxes your mind while improving circulation for the entire body by using strokes and pressure point work for overall balance.
Deep Tissue Massage:
This type of massage aimed at the deeper tissue structures of the muscle and fascia and will generally be more intense. It is also a focused on the release of chronic muscle tension or knots.
Designed to ease stiffness and pain in both muscles and joints, increase mobility and warm muscle and connective tissue to help in removing toxins and lactic acid from the muscles, this type of massage is perfect for those developing their physique.

Hot Stone Treatment is also available!
This is an add-on service provided by our Licensed Massage Therapists (just $5) which is only available during our 60 or 90 minute massages. This treatment can help to improve your overall experience as it relaxes the muscles allowing the therapist to work deeper into them, thus releasing more tension. In addition, hot stone treatment has been shown to be effective for arthritis, fibromyalgia, carpal tunnel and other chronic conditions.
