Career Development Center’s Job Location and Development Program has designated February 12th - 16th  as Internship Week at the University of Cincinnati. During this week, the Career Development Center’s JLD Program will connect students who are seeking relevant work experience with employers looking to fill internship opportunities.

Internship Week will focus on the importance of enhancing professional skills with hands-on experience and the value of gaining in-depth knowledge of the workplace.

Activities planned during the week include mock interviews and workshops conducted by employers. Students will also have the opportunity to participate in on-campus interviews with companies recruiting for internship opportunities. Hiring student interns reduces the cost of recruiting, increases on-campus visibility and provides an opportunity for identifying bright and talented individuals for possible permanent employment. We need your involvement in this wonderful week of scheduled activities.

If interested in participating in Internship Week, please contact Arthur Walton at  waltonab@email.uc.edu
