Approves expenditures, assigns appropriate SAP accounting numbers and responsible for both department P-card and Campus card expenses, all 5 individual CDC department budgets, ADVANCE, ADVANCE Corporate Excursion and JLD accounts, including JLD P-card and Campus Cards, as well as maintaining budget grids for career fairs and other departmental events, assuring proper assignment for incoming revenue and expenses.  Compiles and submits data for sundry remittance and deposits.  Submits monthly tax reports.
