A Major in Operations Management


Description of Major 

This major educates students about designing efficient processes, control of output quality, high productivity, smooth resource scheduling, effective inventory control and other such activities crucial to organizational success. The College of Business has focus concentrations instead of majors that are paired with one of eight integral areas.
