Description of Major
This major educates students about becoming leaders by targeting seven skill areas essential for leadership within various types of organizations, organizational success and a lifetime of personal and professional achievement: Leadership, Teamwork, Organizational Effectiveness, and Social Change; Written, Oral, and Electronic Communication; Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, and Decision Making; Information Technology; Quantitative, Financial, and Analytical Analysis; Global Awareness and Diversity; and Ethical Decision Making.
