Pricing, Payments, and Cancellation
A standard booth is $700 per day. Higher tiers with more benefits are also available. Full pricing information is availlable here.
Multi-day discounts of $225 to $1,150 are available, based on the booth option selected for each day. Discounts, if applicable, will be applied after your registration is received.
Payment is due September 7. Payment may be made by credit card or check. You will receive an invoice and a link to pay securely online upon approval of your career fair registration. If you prefer to pay by check, make check payable to “University of Cincinnati” with “Fall 2018 Career Fair” in the memo line and mail to: University of Cincinnati, P.O. Box 210115, Cincinnati OH 45221-0115
Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations received on or before August 31, 2018, will not pay the registration fee, or if payment has already been made, will receive a full refund. Cancellations received September 1 through September 7 will be charged 50% of the registration fee or receive a 50% refund. Cancellations received after September 7 will be charged 100% of the registration fee and will NOT receive a refund. Cancellations must be approved in writing by Suzanne Schindler or Patti Carroll.
Weather policy: In the unlikely event of a University closure, the career fair may still take place. In the case of a closure, refunds will be issued only if the University cancels the career fair specifically.
