About the Department
The College of Applied Science is one of fifteen colleges of the
University of Cincinnati, a public university in the State of Ohio. The
Department of Chemical Technology is one of seven academic departments
at the College of Applied Science. For more than 175 years, the College
of Applied Science has a rich history and tradition of training students
to become productive and successful in industrial setting.
The Chemical Technology Department offers several exciting and unique
opportunities for enhancing your educational goals. Baccalaureate
degrees may be earned in each of the following areas upon successfully

Angel Prewitt is the Executive Staff Assistant for the Chemical Technology Department at the University of Cincinnati, College of Applied Science. She joined the Chemical Technology Department in September 2007 and provides administrative support to the Chemical Technology Department, Horticulture program and the new Culinary Arts and Science program. She is responsible for the day-to-day administrative functions for the three programs in the department.
Prior to UC, Angel was a paralegal at a law firm in Greater Cincinnati for 14 years.
