This certificate is designed to give the individual a good, basic knowledge of general horticulture. All credit hours earned in good standing may be applied toward a baccalaureate degree in horticulture.

Thirty (30) credit hours are earned through completion of 10 courses with five being required. These courses are listed below. Then any combination of Horticulture courses from any of the four areas listed in the Bachelor of Science degree, scientific track for a total of thirty (30) credit hours.

You can track your own progress toward the completion of your Certificate by printing off the appropriate Progress Form. The form(s) can be found on the bottom of the Horticulture site by selecting Student Progress in Certificate in Horticulture. or selecting this link.
