register see your department head as soon as possible.
Make sure you see your department head soon. Watch out for the registration deadlines
which will be posted online shortly. The formal signs to be used in your booth will
be printed from the information submitted.

and evening of May 06th. You will be notified of the exact times as soon as they
are available. You will be entering Duke Energy Center through the docks at the

on your achievement! In order to enjoy your day please follow the guidelines listed
below during the exhibit hours of 10:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. A schedule
of events is included in your exhibitor material.
- Judges will be visiting your exhibit between 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.
You need to be present in your booth during these hours. If for some reason you
need to leave for a few minutes be sure to leave a sign with the time when you will
return. (A UC photographer will also be taking photos of all seniors and their projects,
booths without exhibitors do not make good photographs!)

be someone to answer questions about your project at all times. When you take a
break or go to lunch make sure you have a “neighbor” exhibitor to stay
and answer questions visitors may have.
- Box lunches will be provided for you by the college between 12:00 p.m. and 1:30
p.m. Take turns with fellow exhibitors when going to lunch. please do not bring your lunch to your exhibitor’s
booth.
-
The exhibit officially closes at 4:00 p.m. Between 4:30 and 6:00 p.m. the college
will host the Reception and Awards Ceremony.
