Jeff Cook, BA
Bio
Jeff Cook has a B.A. in
English from Wake Forest University and a teaching certificate in
secondary English education from Northern Kentucky University. He has
been working at the writing center for the past five years. Before
that, he tutored writing at writing centers at both Wake Forest and NKU.
He has taught English at both the high school and the college level. In
addition to his current position at the University, Jeff tutors students
for Huntington Learning Center and substitute teaches for several local
districts. In his spare time, Jeff is a likely to be found listening to
live music, strumming his guitar, watching sports, or arguing about
politics. He is fond of making outrageous statements and dramatic hand
gestures. He plans to seek a high school teaching position in the
upcoming year.
