How will I receive training and assistance? Expand
End-users who have been identified by Catalyst functional leads for training will receive specific communication from CatalystTraining@uc.edu.
Information including course descriptions, training methods, registration and more can be found on the Catalyst Training tab. Continue to check for updates on future rollouts as the project progresses.
Where can I find training materials for Catalyst? Expand
Online Help provides a listing of all Catalyst training materials available for each rollout, helping to ease the transition to the new Catalyst system.

How do I request access to the system? Expand
Catalyst Student Information System
- Contains admissions processed data, curriculum management, records and enrollment, financial aid, student financials (billing/collections) and academic advising
Training for Catalyst is based on the project rollout schedule. Core end-users will be identified for training based on the business area affected by the rollout, and will be contacted by the Catalyst Training Team with information about completing training and attaining system access.
If you believe you’ve missed training for functionality that has already been released, or would like to request additional access, please fill out the Catalyst System Access Request Form.
Catalyst Reporting Tool (CaRT)
- Makes data in Catalyst available to end-users for reporting purposes
