F136 Fighter Engine Team Consulting
GE was in need of consulting services for the F136 Fighter Engine Team (F136 FET), which was a joint engine program with GE and Rolls-Royce for the F35 Strike Fighter. This was a large, complex, comprehensive consulting project that lasted 7 years.
We were approached to develop a solution that would provide team members with the knowledge, skills and tools to work together productively and to effectively contribute to a teambased organization while contributing to the operational vision.
Contract Software Management System
Training Design & Development
GE purchased a contract software management system to organize pricing, compliance, and contract status. The training provided by the software company was generic, instructor led, and expensive. Not only did the training not fit the specific needs of our client, but the software company did not know how to communicate the use of the software in a way that supported our client’s business processes.
