Habitat for Humanity (1997) The Community Design Center provided architectural design and specifications for a single family house in Westchester, Ohio. This design work was provided for the Westchester Chapter of Habitat for Humanity and will be constructed through volunteer labor for a pre-selected low income family. |

Findlay Market Housing (1997) As a part of the market revitalization plan, buildings around the Findlay Market square are proposed to be redeveloped into viable mixed income housing above market related commercial storefronts. CDC conducted a survey of more than twenty buildings around the market square and will provide optimal floorplan proposals for restoring these upper floors to functional residential use. |
