Cincinnati Homeless Resources Map The CDC provided technical assistance to the Health Foundation of Greater Cincinnati and the College of Medicine at the University of Cincinnati by mapping resources available to homeless persons in downtown Cincinnati. The plans were printed and placed throughout the service area to benefit the local homeless population.
